I attended an appointment with a hygienist called Jo at Threemilestone Dental Practice today. What a wonderful experience I was so impressed with the new ENC treatment the results took away the staining on my teeth and I did not need whitening treatment. I will be visiting Jo twice a year to keep my teeth in great condition. I have been a patient at threemilestone for four decades and my dentist Sarah Mount has been amazing at every appointment. Thank you to all the team for looking after me and my family.

First visit to the practice today and I found Dr Brendan to be incredibly attentive, friendly and honest. He was busy with other patients before my appointment but still made all the time in the world for me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I was looking at composite bonding initially but after a very thorough scan and preview of my teeth I believe aligners would be the best for me longterm and maintenance wise the most cost effective. Dr Brendan carries himself very professionally and I’ve worked with all kinds of medical professionals over my career and he certainly does leave a positive and reassuring impression. I’m really impressed with the practice itself and the staff, really down to earth staff and the place was spotless. I would recommend the practice to anyone seeking cosmetic or general dentistry. Looking forward to returning and starting treatment!

I was treated via an emergency appointment after I broke a front tooth. I was seen quickly and a treatment programme organised. It took three appointments to sort it all out. Daniel Kriel was excellent. He kept me informed at all stages. When a crown was delayed the reception staff kept me up to date. At the end I had a suitably repaired tooth in time for Christmas. A very good experience considering it was a dentist

I’m an anxious patient at a dentist but I was made to feel comfortable. I am a new patient and my dentist explained everything to me in a way that I understood and he gave me the best treatment course for me and going on into the future. I called the emergency number at 09:30 and was in Threemilestone Dental Practice by 12:30. By 13:00 the offending tooth was removed! The team were fantastic, knowledgable and put me at ease. Fantastic, couldn’t fault them at all!!

Outstanding customer service. As somebody who suffers with white coat syndrome, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Receptionists were welcoming. Only minor niggle was, I had booked the first appointment of the day but despite this the dentist was late seeing me. Good communication regarding appointments. Lovely practice! The reception team were really helpful, Dentist & nurse were great especially with the kids answering all their strange questions. The Dentist was also very clear on what treatments were clinically necessary and what ones were cosmetic or could wait. This is something I don't think all clinics do well

I saw Lizzie the hygienist today, very happy with my treatment, I expected to just have my teeth cleaned but it was very thorough, she asked me questions and what worry’s I had, my husband also saw her and was very happy with his treatment, I’m so glad to be a new patient at threemilestone, our family have definitely benefited being at this dentist I highly recommend, especially having two nervous children who now want to go to the dentist after not being with one for a long time. all the staff are very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

I have been going to this practice a while and it's always been good. The past few times I have been i have seen Emma and Nell. I must say they are the nicest and most polite people not only to me but to each other. Routine visit yesterday (13/1/25) usual lovely reception by Sarah and colleagues. Sarah found issue with one recently broken tooth which had split. As I was going on holiday in three days time and the tooth was likely to cause trouble she removed broken part and filled the remainder. Excellent 5 star service as usual.

The Receptionist staff at Threemilestone Dental Practice are always very friendly & welcoming. The Waiting Area is comfortable & relaxing. I was recently allocated a new NHS Dentist, who I found to be reassuring & personable. I had the best experience in your dental practice. I came over from a different also private practice and the difference at yours was significant. The environment is very high tech, clean and relaxing. Liv and Brendon were both absolutely amazing. They worked together very well which put me at ease, Liv was very supportive when I was nervous about injections and Brendon was great at explaining everything he was doing. They both took their time to make my teeth perfect, no question was silly and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I am over the moon with my teeth. Dr Brendan and his assistant Liv are a cracking combo. Bubbly, lively and full of good humour. I'm not one who's bothered by a trip to the dentist but I can imagine these guys put a lot of people at ease with their demeanour and friendliness. Parking spaces very limited so best would be, to be dropped off. Reception very welcoming and with smile. Was seen on time by dentist and on quick examination had quick review of what needs to be done and then x-ray done to assess how to proceed lot information was given by dentist. When action plan was decided then procedure was painless and very systematic. Best dentist experience so far.

My initial visit to the practice was as an emergency patient, and I travelled down from Liskeard as there were no local dentists available. Like many people I have been on waiting lists for NHS and private treatment in my area for many years. From the first phone call the whole team, were attentive, friendly, thorough and professional. As a result of the excellent care and level of customer service I have now registered as a private patient, and fortunately there was no waiting list! I've been a member of this practice for years but have now upgraded to Den Plan as my NHS patient facility can no longer be met. I today saw for the first time Brendan the owner and his colleague Poppy. They are very professional and displayed a family like friendliness, they really took the time to explain things and were interested in what I had to say. I loved their all new 5D scanning technology which assured me my teeth were not as bad as I thought they were! I would highly recommend this practice.

A perfect experience from start to finish. The threemilestone dental practice is very well kept which can be noticed from the second you walk out the car to sitting in the comfortable waiting area to their surgery facilities. My experience at the practice has been exceptional from start to finish. My dentist Brendan has by far been the best dentist I have ever seen. From ensuring I am comfortable & treatments being pain free (after me having previous bad experiences) to explaining the treatment in detail. Alongside Dianna (dental nurse) reassuring me throughout treatment. Very professional and comforting. The practice in itself makes you feel at ease with being able to watch something while treatment is being carried out on big flat screen TV’s to help distract you. All in all I will never be going to a different practice again, can’t recommend enough to anyone!

I visited this dentist after being put off by another practice. I was quoted £35,000 and this dentist sorted me out for less than £5000 and she was so nice, gentle and caring. I could even take breaks just by putting my hand up whenever I wanted and I could listen to music throughout the appointment. I used to be really scared of the dentist, but I am not scared seeing Romana. I am so happy with my new smile.

Booked myself in for a hygiene visit with the EMS machine, my teeth have never felt so clean!!!Reception was modern & welcoming!Reception staff all super friendly and helped put me at ease instantly!The chair was mega comfy and the Tv on the ceiling was super relaxing to!Staff all super friendly and the Hygienist went above and beyond so I really feel confident that I will be able to keep up my oral health now!I even looking forward to the chance to go back to the dentist! 10/10!

My dentist gave me great advice and has done everything she can to keep me out of pain. I cant remember a time i haven't been in pain with my mouth due to various issues and they have helped me A LOT!.

I went in feeling nervous and worried but soon realised I had nothing to worry about both of the people was amazing, super relaxed environment they ran through all the options explained everything and ended up doing more work then I thought which helped me out alot, the reception staff was very friendly too I cannot fault this dentist and probably one of the best dentist I have been too, I'm so glad I got to experience this practice and most definitely look forward going back thank you to everyone who helped me today at threemilestone very very happy 😁Bekki

Writing this as a NHS patient. Excellent facilities bright and fresh. Super friendly staff. I'm not the biggest fan of the dentist but all the staff showed patience with my recent visits (THANK YOU again!).There are big screens everywhere in this dentist which is a nice touch. One in the waiting area to pass the time. Three in the hygienist room, two showing your last x-rays so any problems/advice can be showed to you easily and one screen on the ceiling showing TV to watch during treatment.My last check-up back in June I went for a polish/clean (Went for the premium method and paid extra for but well worth it!). They used a great system maybe the EMS airflow system others have said to do the polish/clean. Much improved the experience for me. Great finish on the teeth. Highly recommend and will get again.I had a problem with one of my teeth this week, phoned up, fitted me in next day. As a NHS patient I wasn’t expecting next day. Perfect service. What more can you ask for.Thanks!

What an amazing dental practice!!I saw Dr Assibi after having surgery at the hospital as I was still in pain. He took an xray for me and flushed out where I had the tooth taken out, he reassured me the whole time, and kept telling me what he was doing (im a very nervous patient haha)He was so friendly and informative and advised me how to keep it clean. 10/10 recommend this practice :)

Was sent here by the Cornwall Emergency Dental Service and had a rear molar extracted. I thought that the dentist that treated me was worth her weight in gold! I am a very nervous patient and she made me feel completely at ease, the injections that she gave me seemed not to be as painful as they have in the past and she extracted the cracked molar in a matter of minutes! I would have no hesitation about revisiting this dentist and would happily drive the hour and a half to visit if they have room to take me onto their books! I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately due to issues, I had to have a couple of teeth removed and a denture fitted. This had to be done whilst my regular dentist was away. My first denture wasn't right for me due to health reasons. But as my mouth was still healing, I had to wait a while to get a replacement.However when my regular dentist returned, she totally went out of her way to ensure I had the correct fitting denture. This I collected on Monday 26th June and it feels so comfortable.A huge thank you Sarah.

Have been coming to this practice for 20+ years.. I used to be a NHS patient, now I'm on a private dental plan as I like knowing I can get an appointment within 2 weeks if needed, rather than having to wait many months for an NHS one (they have a nice variety of private plans). You can tell that the new owners have invested lots of time & care into the place; going to the dentist is no longer staring at a fish tank whilst pondering nervously about the outcome of a checkup! The whole experience is much more enjoyable with calming cornish scenes around the practice + TV to watch if that's your thing instead. I had a filling today with Romana, she did a beautiful job, is very professional & attentive. Thank you to Dr Romana. And dental nurse Maggie was fab as always; she's been keeping an eye on my teeth nearly all the years I've been coming. Thanks team TMS! 😀

Booked myself in for a hygienist appointment.. love their new EMS airflow clean compared to the usual hygiene clean you get at a dentists. It felt way less invasive, and the stains on my teeth were completely removed - my teeth were practically gleaming! I think there's only one other practice in the county that offers EMS treatment at a hygienist appointment? So It's a great thing to have in Truro. I also had a general check up with Dr Brendan who was very professional, friendly & informative, along with dental nurse Nikki. Left very pleased with how my teeth were looking and their health, which is what I wanted to achieve.

Overall nice experience! They are trustworthy and like to crack jokes. It wasn’t awkward when talking to them as they always chip in to the conversation to make you feel better. I have bad anxiety so they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I’m not afraid of dentist I just have extreme anxiety around anything new. But the first time I went there, they treated me with respect and understood my situation I was in. My fiancé has been going there (as well as his whole family) for years and they recommended them to me! It was more like a family there than some money grabbing machines. I hope they can treat you with the same respect as they done for me.

I cannot recommend Threemilestone Dental Practice highly enough. I came to the practice after a negative experience at another dentist (and also after searching for Brendan specifically as he was my dentist a few years ago - I was overjoyed to find him again :) ). I have a bit of a complex health condition and my needs are taken so seriously, accommodated SO well and I am treated with such kindness and care. All the staff I've interacted with have been so lovely and I feel truly safe and in the best possible hands there. I would give 10 stars if I could :).
